S.S.Samiti (former Sane Guruji Sikshan Sanstha's) Lokmanya Tilak Vidyalay, Marathi Medium School's 5th Std. class started in the house of Shri. Govind Jyotkar in June 1965. In 1968 it shifted to the Shantadurga Dharmashala. In the year 1970 expansion of old building took place. In 1990 it was shifted to new building's first floor. Three floor building construction completed in the year 1993.
DNA club activity was started in 2007-2008.
Resource room for disabled students started in Nov. 2010 at the same time the Introduction to Basic Technology (pre-vocational course) for std. VIII, IX and X was started.
Gurukul and primary school started in June 2012.
